Tomemos como ejemplo nuestros productos. Aunque el precio de la galvanizaci\u00f3n sigue aumentando, el precio en China es de aproximadamente 400 a 500 d\u00f3lares estadounidenses por tonelada en 2020, lo que sigue siendo mucho m\u00e1s bajo que el de Occidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">El precio del zinc<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">El zinc es el principal consumible en el proceso de galvanizaci\u00f3n y su precio afecta directamente el precio de la galvanizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Forma y tama\u00f1o del acero<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Los costos est\u00e1n determinados por la facilidad de manejo a trav\u00e9s del proceso de galvanizaci\u00f3n, mientras m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, m\u00e1s barato.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Norma galvanizada<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Cuanto mejor sea el acabado superficial de la capa de zinc, cuanto m\u00e1s grueso sea el revestimiento, mayor ser\u00e1 el precio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"step4\">6 cosas que debes saber antes de galvanizar por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente.<\/h2>\n<h3>Norma de galvanizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Los est\u00e1ndares de galvanizaci\u00f3n no son los mismos en diferentes mercados, tome la regla de\u00a0 <a href=\"\/es\/hardware-de-linea-de-postes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hardware de poste<\/a> que algunos de nuestros clientes requieren a modo de ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>Todos los productos est\u00e1n galvanizados seg\u00fan la norma BS 729 o ASTM A123.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de BS 729 o ASTM A123, toda galvanizaci\u00f3n cumple las condiciones que se establecen a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La galvanizaci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente se aplica a todos los productos, como acero estructural, fabricaciones de acero estructural y de chapa, conjuntos de tubos, pernos, tuercas, tornillos y otros art\u00edculos peque\u00f1os procesados a granel, piezas fundidas de acero, piezas forjadas de acero, estampados de acero, piezas fundidas de hierro y productos similares.<\/li>\n<li>La galvanizaci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente se aplica a productos como alambre, chapa de acero o tubos, que luego se procesar\u00e1n para obtener art\u00edculos terminados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Color<\/h3>\n<p>En algunas circunstancias, todo el revestimiento puede estar formado por capas de aleaci\u00f3n y, en tales casos, el aspecto puede ser de un gris opaco.<\/p>\n<h3>Material<\/h3>\n<p>El acero dulce, el acero de baja aleaci\u00f3n y el hierro fundido son metales especialmente adecuados para la galvanizaci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente, pero tambi\u00e9n se pueden galvanizar por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente otros metales ferrosos. El fabricante se asegura de que los elementos que se van a galvanizar consten de minerales adecuados para la galvanizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Tensiones internas<\/h3>\n<p>El fabricante se asegura de que las tensiones internas del material, provocadas por tratamientos como el trabajo en fr\u00edo, el doblado, la soldadura, etc., se alivien seg\u00fan sea necesario antes de someterlo a galvanizaci\u00f3n por inmersi\u00f3n en caliente. No tiene manchas de \u00e1cido ni de fundente, ni escamas ni ampollas. El revestimiento no se puede quitar con la manipulaci\u00f3n o el embalaje normales.<\/p>\n<p>En general, se aceptan superficies con un aspecto brillante, gris opaco o con manchas de color moteado.
