En 2016, trabajamos con un cliente de T\u00fanez.<\/p>\n

La primera vez que trabajamos con ellos fue en 2011, lograron la licitaci\u00f3n del gobierno local y ordenaron la Horquillas de z\u00f3calo<\/a> y ojos de bola de nuestra parte.<\/p>\n

Es un pedido de dos contenedores.<\/p>\n

Ese pedido se realiz\u00f3 sin problemas y sin ning\u00fan problema.<\/p>\n

\"Prueba<\/p>\n

En septiembre de 2016, el cliente volvi\u00f3 a conseguir el soporte de horquilla y de ojo de bola.<\/p>\n

Realizamos este orden seg\u00fan la misma experiencia que realizamos en el a\u00f1o 2011.<\/p>\n

Cuando los productos est\u00e1n casi terminados e invitamos al cliente a que venga a inspeccionar los productos de bola, ojo y horquilla, el cliente nos avisa que realizar\u00e1n la prueba de calibre de acuerdo con IEC120.<\/p>\n

La norma IEC se aplica a aislador de cuerda<\/a> Unidades de los tipos capuch\u00f3n y pasador y varilla larga y su herraje met\u00e1lico asociado.<\/p>\n

El objeto de esta norma es definir las dimensiones de una serie de acoplamientos de r\u00f3tula est\u00e1ndar que utilizan los dispositivos de bloqueo est\u00e1ndar para permitir el montaje de aisladores<\/a> o herrajes met\u00e1licos suministrados por diferentes fabricantes.<\/p>\n

De hecho, conocemos el est\u00e1ndar de prueba IEC 120, pero no todos los clientes necesitan realizar esta prueba.<\/p>\n

Debido a que el cliente no nos inform\u00f3 de esta prueba al principio, nuestros productos no eran tan precisos.<\/p>\n

Luego, nuestros trabajadores realizan un tratamiento en la horquilla del z\u00f3calo y el ojo de la bola terminados.<\/p>\n

Seleccionan los productos no menos de 3 veces para prometer que pasar\u00e1n la prueba 100%, no son 1000 piezas, ni 10000 piezas, son 160000 piezas.<\/p>\n

Sin duda alguna, finalmente pasamos la estricta inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Ahora revisemos c\u00f3mo el cliente prueba el ojo de la bola con medidores:<\/p>\n

  1. El cliente seleccion\u00f3 30 piezas de muestra de la paleta 34<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La forma de utilizar los medidores es la siguiente:<\/p>\n

    a) La bola y el v\u00e1stago deben pasar en al menos una direcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los calibres \u201cGO\u201d para la altura de la bola, el di\u00e1metro del v\u00e1stago y la longitud del v\u00e1stago.<\/p>\n

    b) La bola deber\u00e1 pasar por el calibre \u201cGO\u201d para todos los di\u00e1metros.<\/p>\n

    c) La bola y el v\u00e1stago no deben pasar en ninguna direcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del calibre \u201cNO PASA\u201d para la altura de la bola.<\/p>\n

    d) La bola no debe pasar en ninguna direcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de \u201cNO PASA\u201d para el di\u00e1metro de la bola.<\/p>\n

    e) El v\u00e1stago no debe entrar en ninguna direcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del calibre \u201cNO PASA\u201d para el di\u00e1metro del v\u00e1stago.<\/p>\n
