Es una experiencia trabajar con un cliente muy amable que es de Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

Es la primera vez que trabajo con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

El cliente orden\u00f3 banda de pole<\/a>, soporte D, Brazo de luz de calle<\/a> y brazo transversal el\u00e9ctrico<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Conocemos el est\u00e1ndar de inspecci\u00f3n del mercado de Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

Y el brazo transversal el\u00e9ctrico lo hacemos con mucho cuidado.<\/p>\n

Confirmamos cada detalle con el cliente.<\/p>\n

Todos los tama\u00f1os est\u00e1n en +5%.<\/p>\n

\"Imagen<\/p>\n

Y la materia prima, acero al carbono, es de primera calidad.<\/p>\n

Las materias primas del brazo transversal el\u00e9ctrico son nuevas y no tienen secciones soldadas ni unidas.<\/p>\n

Debido a que el cliente estaba muy ocupado, no vino a inspeccionar la mercanc\u00eda antes de enviarla.<\/p>\n

Mientras los trabajadores de Jingyong y el inspector de control de calidad verifican el brazo transversal el\u00e9ctrico de manera muy estricta.<\/p>\n

Seleccionan dos veces y muelen los residuos de fundente.<\/p>\n

45 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, cuando el cliente recibi\u00f3 la mercanc\u00eda, qued\u00f3 muy satisfecho con el tratamiento de la superficie.<\/p>\n

Parece que todo va bien.<\/p>\n

Mientras tanto ocurri\u00f3 algo inesperado.<\/p>\n

El inspector de su empresa verific\u00f3 que el espesor galvanizado de nuestro brazo transversal de acero es menor que el requerido por la norma ISO1461.<\/p>\n

Cuando enviamos nuestro propio dispositivo de espesor galvanizado para que llegue a ese cliente por DHL.<\/p>\n

Y p\u00eddale a ese cliente que lo pruebe nuevamente.<\/p>\n

Descubrieron que no hay problema con el espesor galvanizado.<\/p>\n

Es el dispositivo de prueba del cliente el que necesita ser calibrado.<\/p>\n

El cliente est\u00e1 muy satisfecho con el resultado.<\/p>\n

A partir de ese momento, el cliente aument\u00f3 el volumen de sus compras.<\/p>\n

Es una historia real entre Jingyong y el cliente.<\/p>\n
