Utility Pole Hardware
Utility pole hardware is also called utility pole line hardware. Each country has its own utility pole hardware connection way.

Utility pole line hardware is mainly used in the construction of 33kv,11kv, and low voltage overhead lines. Rax Industry utility pole hardware is suitable for outdoor installation and frequent sand storms and heavy polluted atmosphere.
Utility pole hardware is assembled on the poles which are made from longitudinally welded tube sections of hot-rolled structural carbon steel.
All pole is fitted with a sharped clamped welded to the pole top and having an approximate height of 25cm. The pole hardware which is fixing the upper (11kv) pin insulator, is to be made of plate steel having chemical and mechanical properties similar to that of the tubular poles.

Rax Industry utility pole hardware-pigtail bolt
Rax Industry pigtail bolt is also called universal hook which is used to hang or suspend aerial bundle cable accessories such as suspension clamp or dead end clamp.
The raw material for the pigtail bolt is mild steel. The final surface treatment is hot dipped galvanized which is more than 53micron. All Rax Industry pigtail bolt sizes are in millimeters with +/- 3% tolerances.
The marking on the universal hook is according to the customers’ requirements.
Rax Industry pigtail bolts are packed in gunny sack or cartons each consisting of 50 units. Each carton is marked with the factory name, contract number, and TNB catalog number.

Rax Industry utility pole band
Rax Industryuntilitypole band is also called universal band which is used as the clamp for the spun pole where the stay wire is running through it.

Rax Industry utility triangular bracket
Rax Industry triangular bracket is used as an accessory for the MV ABC system and was designed to hang one MV insulated suspension clamp on 10m 5kn span concrete poles.
Rax Industry triangular bracket is capable of withstanding a minimum breaking load of 30kn.
The triangular bracket consists of 1 pcs of main C channel iron. Two units of mild steel bar are attached to the main C channel iron by four M12 bolts and nuts.
